How do I clean the Velura Mat?
For surface cleans, just wipe it down with a damp sponge (non-abrasive side) or smooth cloth. For deep cleans, use a mild cleaning spray or soap, then rinse with warm water and hang dry.

How fast does it dry after use?
The Magic Mat dries within minutes. It absorbs water instantly and doesn’t stay soggy like traditional fabric mats.

What makes the Velura Mat different from a regular bath mat?
Most mats absorb water and hold it — leading to dampness, odors, and bacteria. The Magic Mat uses a 4-layer quick-dry design that absorbs water fast, dries quickly, resists mold, and stays firmly in place.

Where does the water go? How does it absorb and dry so quickly?
The top layer traps moisture and allows it to pass through to the ultra-absorbent sponge layer. Once accumulated in the sponge layer, water evaporates due to the open-cell structure which allows air to pass through the material. That’s how the Velura Mat stays dry — without soaking through or holding water.

Does it really stay in place — even on tile or smooth floors?
Yes. It has a textured, non-slip base that grips smooth bathroom floors and tiles with no bunching or sliding.

Is it safe for kids, pets, and elderly?
Absolutely. Its fast-drying surface, secure grip, and slim profile make it a safer option for families with kids, pets, or elderly individuals.

Will it fit under my door?
Yes — the Velura Mat is under 5mm thick, so it easily fits beneath most doors and doesn’t block robot vacuums, wheelchairs, or knee scooters.

What size should I get for my space?
We offer two sizes:

• Regular: Ideal for standard-sized bathrooms — fits perfectly outside showers, tubs, or in front of sinks
• Small: Perfect for compact bathrooms, powder rooms, or narrow spaces
  
  

How many Velura Mats do I need?
Most customers get two per bathroom — one in front of the shower or tub, and another in front of the sink. If you love the dry, clean feel, consider adding more for your kitchen sink, entryway, or patio.

Can I use it outside the bathroom?
Definitely. Many customers use their Velura Mats at the kitchen sink, front door, on patios or balconies, or even under pet bowls.

Do you have a bigger mat for the kitchen?
Yes! Our Velura Kitchen Mat is a longer version, perfect for sinks and prep areas. 

Do you have a mat to use inside the shower?
Yes! Our In-Shower Aqua Mat is built specifically for use inside the shower. 

Does it work on all floor types?
Yes — it works great on tile, stone, vinyl, laminate, or hardwood. Just place it on a clean, flat surface.

How often do I need to wash it?
The Velura Mat stays cleaner for longer compared to traditional mats. Wipe it down occasionally, and a deep clean once a month (if needed) is usually more than enough.

Is it machine washable?
No — we don’t recommend putting the Velura Mat in the washing machine. The materials and layered design could be damaged. Just wipe it clean by hand for best results.

Is it vegan?
Yes! We do not use any animal or animal products in the manufacturing of our products.
